The Company has a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee as it falls within the purview of Section 135(1) Of the Companies Act 2013. During the F.Y. 2021-22 Company spend Rs. 16,75,000/- towards CSR activities which is Relief for the Poor i.e. Eradicating hunger, poverty, and malnutrition.
